Collection: Shipping policy

Processing time is 2-4 weeks. Most cases are shipped within 2 weeks but in some cases it can take up to 4 weeks. When cases are completed you will receive an image of the case. 

Delivery is an option for metro Atlanta /Atlanta areas. Please message me to see if your area is available for delivery. There will be a fee depending on the area. 

Please put the correct address info when placing your order. This includes your name and full address.( apt number etc). If you put the wrong address I will not be able to change it. No refunds will be given. 

After items have been shipped I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS with any issues on packages. All items are shipped with extra glue and charms. If item is damaged during delivery you can fix it at home. If item is completely damaged you can dm me -@junkyardgirlz for a replacement case. This is a rare occurrence and images will have to be sent in order for a replacement case to be sent. 

All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
